Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how supastrong (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the supastrong mobile application and related websites (the “Service”), including supastrong.app.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

Account information such as email address and authentication identifiers when you sign in (for example via Google or email).
Profile & training data you provide, including age, sex, height, weight, weekly schedule, workout logs, sets, reps, and related training notes.
Nutrition data such as meal logs, calorie/macro estimates, weigh-ins, and photos you choose to capture or upload for meal tracking.
Purchase information related to subscriptions and one-time unlocks. Payment card details are processed by Apple, Google, and/or our payments partner (RevenueCat) — we do not store full payment card numbers.
Device & usage data such as device type, OS version, app version, crash diagnostics, and approximate interaction events needed to operate and improve the Service.
Local device data such as preferences and some logs stored on your device (for example certain weight history cached locally).

2. How we use information

We use information to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
Personalize fuel targets, insights, and training features
Process subscriptions and restore purchases
Send optional local reminders you enable in Settings
Respond to support requests and protect against abuse
Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

Service providers that help us run the app (for example authentication/database hosting, analytics/diagnostics, and subscription infrastructure such as RevenueCat).
Platform stores (Apple / Google) as needed to process purchases and comply with store rules.
Legal / safety recipients when required by law or to protect users and the Service.

4. Photos & camera

If you use meal scanning or share cards, the app may access your camera or photo library with your permission. Meal photos you submit are used to generate nutrition estimates and to store your meal log. You can deny camera/photo permission in system settings; some features will then be unavailable.

5. Notifications

With your permission, supastrong may schedule local notifications (for example workout or nutrition reminders). You can disable these in the app Settings and/or your device settings.

6. Data retention

We retain account and activity data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You may delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account), which removes associated cloud data we control, subject to limited retention required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.

7. Your choices

Access or update profile information in the app
Restore or manage subscriptions via store settings / in-app manage
Delete your account in the app
Control camera, photos, and notification permissions in OS settings

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International transfers

We may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date.
